How do I know that a DenteMax dentist is high quality?
The DenteMax Network is highly concerned about the quality of dental care our members receive. DenteMax requires all dentists to complete and pass credentialing before being admitted to the network, and dentists are re-credentialed every three years to maintain this level of quality. Our strict credentialing procedure gives members peace of mind when they are choosing a DenteMax dentist.
When is my AHCP Dental Plan effective?
Your effective date is the first of the month following Enrollment. Example: An enrollment on January 5th will be effective February 1st.
Do AHCP Dental Plans provide orthodontic coverage?
The AHCP Dental Plans do not provide orthodontic coverage. However, DenteMax providers may provide orthodontic services to you at discounted fees.
When do I pay for my AHCP Dental Plan?
All members must pay on the day of their enrollment. This payment is for the following month. Thereafter, members will be billed on the first day of each month. Example: You enroll on July 15th. Your first payment occurs on July 15th, for coverage during August. You will next pay on September 1st, and must pay on the first of each month thereafter.
